We started Guat-A-Taco to bring authentic Guatemalan-Mexican birria to the heart of South Carolina — slow braised in a five-chile broth, hand-pressed tortillas, and consomé worth dipping every last bite in.

Today you'll find our blue truck rolling between Manning, Lake City, and the Sumter–Clarendon corridor — feeding weekday lunches, weekend festivals, weddings, and everything in between. Every taco, burger, and burrito is made to order, right when you order it.

We're a food truck — no dining room, no shortcuts. Just fresh food, real flavor, and one very happy line.
